Eva Lou Glover Balchak, 90 of Uniontown passed on Wednesday November 20, 2024.

Viewing at STEPHEN R. HAKY FUNERAL HOME, 603 N. Gallatin Ave. Ext. Uniontown on Sunday 4 to 8 p.m.. Monday a Blessing Service at 10 a.m. will be held in the funeral home. Interment to follow at Mt. St. Macrina Cemetery.

The family would like to thank Jenny Savage, her care giver, Amedisys Hospice and the staff at Mt. St. Macrina manor for the care given her.
