Phyllis M. Lohr, 68, of Masontown, passed away on Tuesday, October 15, 2024 in Ruby Memorial Hospital.
Visitation will be held in the DONALD R. CRAWFORD FUNERAL HOME, HOPWOOD on Friday October 18 from 4 to 8 p.m. Additional visitation will be held on Saturday October 19 from 12 p.m. until the hour of the funeral service at 1 p.m. with Pastor David Herring officiating. Interment will follow in Sansom Chapel Cemetery.
