Jeffrey Lane Eperjesi, 60, of Brownsville, passed away Friday, February 21, 2025, in UPMC Shadyside Hospital. Jeff was born January 17, 1965, in Uniontown, to Eugene and Carroll Barton Eperjesi.
Jeff was an extra special person. An extraordinary father to his two daughters, a beloved son, and the best brother and uncle. His family meant more to him than anything, something he would always proudly mention. His daughters were his greatest joy and his proudest achievement. He did anything and everything for his daughters. He would go to any lengths to help his family and friends.
Jeff was an avid golfer, a passionate Pittsburgh Steelers fan, and Pittsburgh Penguins fan. He loved the outdoors, barbeques, and most of all spending time with his family. Jeff had a gift for always being able to make his family and friends laugh. He was a kind, loving, caring and constant source of positivity.
Jeff left a loving and lasting imprint on anyone he met. His loss is deeply felt by his immense family and all those who knew and loved him. His memory will continue to live on and inspire strength, resilience, and kindness in those whose lives he touched.
In addition to his parents, surviving to cherish Jeff’s memory are his daughters, Brittany Eperjesi and Meagan Eperjesi, both of Apex, N.C.; and his brothers, Eugene Eperjesi Jr. of Uniontown and Barry Eperjesi of Occoquan, Va.
Friends and family will be received from 5 to 7 p.m., the time of a funeral service, Wednesday, February 26, in NOVAK-MELENYZER FUNERAL HOME, 515 Front Street, Brownsville, PA 15417.
