Carl Wayne Showalter

Carl Wayne Showalter, 42, of Uniontown, beloved nephew of Susan Carlson Lee, passed away peacefully November 7, 2024, in his residence, of complications caused by diabetes.
He was born July 13, 1982, in Monongahela, the only child of the late Wayne L. Showalter and Ellen Jane Carlson Showalter.
Carl was a graduate of Laurel Highlands High School Class of 2000 and attended Penn State Fayette Campus for three years.
At the time of his death he had been employed for 20 years as a graphic designer at Stahls in Masontown. It was a job he loved.
Left to cherish his memory are his aunt, Susan Carlson Lee and family; uncle and aunt, Jeffrey and Sherry Dee Showalter and family; aunt, Margi Showalter and family; and many cousins and friends.
Carl was a quiet, gentle man, with a big smile. He is, and will continue to be, missed by the Lee family, with whom he shared most of his holidays and special occasions.
Funeral services were private under the direction of the SHELL FUNERAL HOME, INC.
