Donald Lee “Chop” Leasure, 18, of Dawson, passed away on Sunday, February 23, 2025, accidently.
He was born on June 14, 2006, in Greensburg, a son of Lora Lee Scagline.
He was preceded in death by his great-grandparents, Lee and Anna Hill and Carl Corley; great-uncles, Lee Hill and Charles Hill; and cousin, Robert Sanner.
Chop is survived by his mother, Lora Lee Scagline; maternal grandparents, Donald and Darlene Neil; brothers, Devin Leasure and Logan Leasure; uncle, Bruce Scagline, and great-aunt, Tina Hill.
Chop graduated from Frazier High School, Class of 2024. He loved to hunt, fish and was a hard worker. Chop will be sadly missed by all.
Chop’s family will receive friends from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m., the hour of his funeral service, on Monday, March 3, at the BLAIR-LOWTHER FUNERAL HOME & CREMATORY, 305 Rear Independence Street, Perryopolis. Interment will follow at Bryan Cemetery, Dawson.
