Sam Smitley, 73, of Fairchance, Pa passed away on Tuesday, March 18, 2025.
He was born July 7, 1951 in Uniontown, PA.
Preceding him in death were his parents, Thomas and Ethel Smitley, brothers, Donald and Stanley Smitley.
Surviring are his wife of 53 years Darleen; son, Mike and his wife Alicia; brother, Robert Smitley; sister, Kathy Clark and other family members.
The family will receive friends from 3 to 7 p.m. on Friday, and 9 to 10 a.m on Saturday, March 22, 2025 the hour of service with Pastor Vince Cable officiating in the DEAN C. WHITMARSH FUNERAL HOME, 134 West Church Street, Fairchance, PA.
Interment will follow in Mt. Moriah Baptist Cemetery, Smithfield, PA.
