New Salem

James Andrew Yandura, 66, of New Salem, went to be with the Lord on Thursday, May 1, 2025.

He was born in Uniontown, on January 2, 1959, a son of Edward, Sr. and Irma Marie Lucas Yandura.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his brother-in-law, Norman Redmond, Sr. and infant daughter, Tabitha.

Left to cherish his memory are his sons: James Gifford (Romanee) Yandura of Perryopolis and Gerald Andrew (Danielle) Yandura of Woodbridge, Va.; granddaughters: Jaelynne, Julianne, Bristol, Timber and Adley Yandura; sister, Bernadine Redmond of New Salem; brother, Edward Yandura, Jr. and his wife, Toni, of N. Ridgeville, Ohio; nieces and nephews: Norman Redmond, Jr., E.J. (Dawn) Yandura, Craig (Amy) Yandura, Eric (Kahla) Yandura, Danielle (Adam) Hernandez, Amy McCormick Jana (BJ) Mosako and numerous other nieces and nephews; very special friend, Debbie Clevenger; and faithful pet, Cha-Cha.

James’ family will receive friends from 5 to 8 p.m. Monday, May 5, in the KISH-FABRY FUNERAL HOME, INC., 20 North Mill Street, New Salem, where Prayers of Transfer will be prayed at 9:30 a.m. Tuesday, followed by a Funeral Mass at 10 a.m. in St Frances of Assisi Roman Catholic Church (Footedale worship site). Interment will follow in St.Thomas Cemetery, Footedale.

Valet parking will be available during visitation hours.
