Beatrice Lorraine Jones, 84, of Uniontown, passed away peacefully Saturday, November 8, 2025, in Lafayette Manor. Born March 26, 1941, in Footedale, she was the daughter of the late Herschell and Nellie Laughery Bell.
A graduate of John Brashear High School in Brownsville, Beatrice worked for many years alongside her late husband at the former Point Marion Pharmacy and later at Lowe’s in Uniontown.
She is survived by her two sons, Keith Jones and wife Suzanne Hudak Jones, and Kent Jones, all of Uniontown; one granddaughter, Isabelle Jones; and a brother, Richard Bell and wife Jean of Michigan.
In addition to her parents, Beatrice was preceded in death by her beloved husband, W. Allan Jones (1988); a brother, James Bell; and a sister, Eleanor Stefl.
Friends will be received in the RICHARD R. HEROD FUNERAL HOME from 4 until the time of a funeral service at 8 p.m. Friday, November 14, with Pastor Kathy Griffith officiating. Private interment will take place in Lafayette Memorial Park, Briar Hill.
