Jeanette Adeline Tamburri Nepa

Jeanette “Jean” Adeline Tamburri Nepa transitioned into heaven May 13, 2019. Born in Uniontown to Louise Lucci and Henry Tamburri January 26, 1933, she was preceded in death by her husband, Emmett Nepa.

She was the beloved mother of Michele Adair (Bill) of North Myrtle Beach, S.C., and Brad Nepa, Dina (Denis) Conway, Jean (Per) Basse and Mimi Wyeth, all of the Pittsburgh area; adored Nonnie of 10 grandchildren; and 3 great-grandchildren.

Jean enjoyed a variety of vocations, including: housewife, restaurateur, cook and hostess, Certified Master Graphologist and Forensic Document Examiner and a featured extra in several locally-produced motion pictures. Her avocations included dancing, art, books, music and Words with Friends. She loved a good practical joke and laughing above all.

Family and friends will be received from 9 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. Wednesday, May 15, at STEPHEN R. HAKY FUNERAL HOME, 603 N. Gallatin Avenue Ext., Uniontown, where Prayers of Transfer will be said at 12:30 p.m. followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at St. Therese De Lisieux at 1 p.m. Entombment to follow at Sylvan Heights Cemetery.
