Thelma V. Conway
Thelma V. Conway age 92 of Uniontown passed away Sunday, June 10, 2018 in Uniontown Health Care and Rehabilitation Center.
She was born October 24, 1925 in Markleysburg, Pa, daughter of the late Jeremiah Judson and Jessie Ellen Harshburger Nicola. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by brothers and sisters; Rose Hutchinson, Earl J. Nicola, Ray Nicola Pauline Collins, Marie Greathouse and Judson J. Nicola.
Thelma was a member of Shady Grove Church of the Brethren. She loved to quilt, sew and crochet.
She is survived by her husband James William “Bill” Conway, daughter Betty C. Thomas and husband Lewis of Uniontown a grand daughter Ginger McCoy and husband Jon of Belmont, NC, a great grandson Joshua Lewis McCoy of Anderson, NC. and a sister Margaret Moody of Farmington, Pa.
A memorial service will be held at a time and date to be announced.
Arrangements are under the direction of the DONALD R. CRAWFORD FUNERAL HOME, HOPWOOD, Pa.
