Teslovich hurt county, families

2 min read

This is in response to a letter to the editor printed on Aug. 3 concerning Susanne Teslovich. It was noted that she did not deserve the treatment that she was getting. Well, I have to respond by saying that is the most ridiculous thing I have heard. Who would want to defend someone who ran an escort service? Is society really becoming that gullible?

Fayette County has a bad enough image lately, and for someone to say it is all right for a former commissioner to run an escort service that is outrageous.

I know that it was said that the prostitution going on was unbeknownst to Susanne, but, even still, prostitution or not, escort services should not exist, period. So, Susanne deserves everything she is getting.

Finally, some justice in the system. Maybe it will be a start to clean up Fayette County for a change. And, not to mention, where is the compassion for the poor women whose husbands “visited” her service? I guess everyone has forgotten about them. Yes, maybe way back when Ms. Teslovich might have done a couple of good things, but to damage the reputation of a county and hurt so many women in the process is unacceptable in my opinion.

Hopefully, the rest of the “madams’ out there will finally get what is coming to them too. We don’t need any more filth in Fayette County.

Teslovich got bum rap

I certainly agree with writer Debbie Berry in her Sunday, Aug. 3, Letter to the Editor on the subject of Susanne Teslovich.

This lady, as a commissioner, did a lot of good for people and no doubt they have used her as a scapegoat. Nobody but nobody can force a person to do anything. Look around, nude dancers, topless go-go girls (home grown), and porn all around. Going to say the devil made me do it. No way.

I do not condone any of the above. I believe people should do some manual labor for their efforts – the right way. I do not believe Susanne did anything more or less than others have done and are still doing. It will still go on (oldest profession) but only Susanne got the bum rap. Black book, the Bible is black so more should read it.

This is Fayette County justice?
