Shorten time to report rape

2 min read

Citizens have to approach Congress to amend current laws regarding women who claim to have been raped with no physical evidence of a crime ever occurring. This is for several men in Fayette County as well as the thousands of others who suffer incessantly in the legal system and will continue to if nothing is done about this predicament. It could be your husband, son, nephew, uncle, cousin, boyfriend or friend next time that is wrongfully imprisoned in lies. If there were a statute of limitation of 48 hours put on women reporting rape, it would eliminate many cases of nonsense. This wastes resources that should be used to prosecute true offenders promptly.

And if women come in with absolutely no proof whatsoever within 48 hours, no DNA from a vaginal swab, no sperm, no bruises, nothing from the scene inspected by a detective with forensic capabilities, then they would be subjected to an immediate polygraph test administered as procedure. This would eliminate the fictional accounts that lead to false arrests being made. These tests are not only reliable, but you would see these ladies practically run the other way to escape.

I honestly wouldn’t wish what has happened to my family and many others to happen to one more man. It is an utter insult to the phrase “innocent until proven guilty” when there is no proof.

Preconceived victims of rejection, rage and malicious intent want revenge on men who use them for free drugs, consensual sex or for whatever they perceive as just cause. There is no excuse for lack of integrity to be tolerated by or for anyone in this world.

This behavior is encouraged by compassion, giving attention to mentally-disturbed women who have nothing better to do with their time than to sulk, reminding themselves how much they want somebody to pay for the way they feel and nothing more.
