Tired of same-old, same-old
It has come to the point of frustration that every time Mr. Dennis has something to write, his thoughts are engulfed with negativity to the Caucasian race, as in his guest commentary of Oct. 23. His handicap is that he writes about prejudice and racial conflict of the Caucasian-American and Afro-American people.
There are scenarios where racism exists, I would not hesitate to say. That is without doubt and includes all nationalities. What do you expect? There are circumstances where people can’t get along and never will be able to, ever since the caveman picked up his club. Indifferences prevail with all and not specifically against black people; please be engaging and understand this.
The letter writer in question is just as guilty of racism as anyone else regarding his literary racial attacks. Every time he has something to write he masks his literary delivery with comments subjective to racial prejudice.
I must certainly say, in response, that the law is written that Afro-American can say what they favor to Caucasian people but it is absolutely forbidden for the Caucasian to direct comments toward the Afro-American. Is this right? Is this a make-sense law?
I must say that some are never satisfied, they get and get, but still find reason to cry and condemn. It’s so disgusting and pathetic. Wake up and be enlightened for the progress that has been considerably achieved and overdue. Stop living in the 1950s and see how well things have been moving in the right direction the last 40 years. If you are discerning, possibly you can. What do you want? Aren’t you satisfied with what you have been getting?
I conclude to Mr. Dennis to write something different as I have many times. Be a little more versatile, as I have, and you will be more tolerable to the reading audience.
