Uniontown looks fabulous, Joe
I have read several articles that suggested Mr. Joe Hardy is turning Uniontown into Hardyville. I believe his goal is tourism. The results are great. The only thing missing is a few stores like Dollar General and maybe another Pechin store. This man deserves so much praise; all you have to do is take a good look around and allow your heart to soak up the beauty that he has done for Uniontown. He has turned the pages back on a dilapidated, dying, run-down, dirty old town, making it into a magnificent display of buildings.
They are cleaned and repaired to perfection; some are painted in colorful tones of various colors. Waterfalls dazzle the eye. Parks and landscapes are adorned with vibrant flowers and shrubs. Church domes glisten with gold that sparkles when the sun shines brightly on them. Concerts are held to inspire the soul; there are farmers markets and more.
I have never seen Uniontown look so good. God bless this man who has such a generous heart to express his kindness and expertise in helping, in a way no one else has ever done before. May he always be blessed in his efforts.
