Knowledge goes beyond books
I recently revisited some old friends, books I’ve read that anyone can borrow from the Uniontown Library, and I’ve found that some of these books have not been taken home and studied for years. Higher knowledge, knowledge of the human soul, and our appearance and disappearance from the sage of life, and the right application of that knowledge, will quicken one’s spiritual understanding and the evolution of one’s consciousness.
While access to higher knowledge is available at any library or bookstore in America today, such information is only useful to those who seek it or ask for it. There are many books still in print today that can help you interpret the many allegorical teachings contained in both the Old and New Testaments.
But if you are unwilling to think in different categories or are content with your level of psychological conditioning, or have some lame excuse for your intellectual disinterest in some of life’s more interesting questions, then these very power ideas will never be borrowed and given the careful study necessary in order to understand very powerful ideas.
For example: We may not be able to live in complete harmony with people at work or even in our own family circle, but as equal spiritual beings temporarily expressing through various and unequally endowed human forms, we each still use only a small portion of the powers contained in the cosmic mind, use a small portion of the forces hidden our own bodies, while we still take into our bodies and transform a complete amalgamation of natural elements as we each more or less live in harmony with universal intelligence (God) – some living in more harmony, some less, still others least.
The goal of anyone who can read is to use reading for a higher purpose, reading to live a life in harmony within yourself first, and then to be as well adjusted to society as is beneficial for your survival and well being.
Established in soul peace, anything that distributes the flow of your naturally occurring inner harmony draws an automatic response from the cosmic mind as the universe moves to provide whatever is necessary so that you can be restored to soul peace.
You can begin by remembering who you really are, an incarnated light being, an offspring or projection of that benevolent power who nourishes the universe including you, and make conscious, persistent efforts to cooperate with that. To the extent that you seek and ask for soul peace, you shall enjoy soul peace.
