Promises, promises, promises
I am asking all the residents in Pennsylvania to contact their state representatives, congressmen, senators and the governor, and ask they why our state is only one of eight states in the country that demands that we pay a death tax at our demise. This unfair tax must be eliminated; we the people must see to it, for our own piece of mind and that of our families that we leave behind. Our elected officials should be ashamed that this death tax still exists.
In addition, whatever happened to the so-called property tax relief we were led to believe that we would receive? You do not even hear about it anymore. Promises, promises, promises.
