Bush is sarcastic, belligerent

2 min read

During the past few years it seems the people in America have been sleeping with the enemy. The Bush-Cheney team has really thrown America into a state of confusion. Mr. Bush and Mr. Blair were so sure invading Iraq was the thing to do. Somehow evil, as Mr. Bush so frequently speaks of, has backfired. Mr. Bush and Mr. Blair do not seem interested in what type of plan Mr. Hamilton or Mr. Baker have for ending this war and bringing the troops home.

The uproar in the Middle East is taking a huge toll on our troops. The legislative body of our government continues to let Mr. Bush do it his way, the wrong way. Impeachment should have been implemented when Mr. Bush sold us his lies by invading Iraq.

Why didn’t some upstanding politician call a halt to Bush’s plan? Mr. Murtha was the only man to stand up tall and ask for a plan to bring our soldiers home. He knew the danger our troops were in and he informed the nation.

We are teetering on the edge of disaster and we are dealing with a sarcastic, belligerent, antagonistic leader. We need to think of changing his course. He has never conceded he made a mistake.

Our country continues to lose two or three soldiers daily and the casualties are very high. Is this normal behavior for a president? Is greed and power consuming our leader? It was for Adolph Hitler.
