Attend school board meetings

1 min read

When asked a question at the school board meetings, the Uniontown Area School Board has a standard answer: “This is not the time for questions.”

Just when is the time for question from the public? Does not the public have a right to question the actions and the decisions the board makes? Are they not accountable to the taxpayers of the school district?

Evidently, the members of this school board do not think so.

People of the district should come to a meeting to observe for themselves the actions of this school board.
