Only one way to gain respect
Some people write to the newspaper hoping that their opinions will be printed. They desire to have their viewpoint respected. There’s God’s way to gain respect, the kind of respect that cannot be taken away by arbitrary rules set down by those who want to oppress freethinking and free living – who are willing and even seeking to actively bend the usual rules of courtesy and consideration of other’s wellbeing in order to impose their will upon the weaker, the frightened and anxious who are less able or less endowed with the strength of an indomitable faith in God.
Living in the truth – that God is all that is, and that cannot include any free agents with free will, once firmly understood and applied to daily problems of living with others, frees you from the anxiety caused by the egos need to be respected and appreciated.
For, in truth, God is all there is and ever will be. Think deeply on these things and be blessed through your loving the truth, for this one truth is the same for all of us.
