I’m writing to say thank you to all the people who voted for me and to those who supported me in other ways. While the results of the recent election was a disappointment, it is comforting to know there are still thousands of people who believe in me and what I stand for.

So let me say thanks again. It was an honor and a pleasure for me to represent the people of the 51st District for 14 years and I appreciate being given the opportunity to do so.
