Response thanked
I don’t know the name of the firemen or ambulance people who were there when I was injured. They were from North Union VFD along with Uniontown EMS and of course 911 people. It meant a lot to know so many people were there just to care for me when I was so scared and injured. To know that there were so many people there at my side it made me feel a lot better, and it felt like I had my own parade with all the lights and trucks. There were people that I knew and even people I didn’t know. I would also like to thank Tyler Rockwell for running and getting my Nana so she could call 911 and hold my leg up, so it wouldn’t get hurt anymore than it already was. Also thanks to Scott Pitts for calling my mom and all the people in my neighborhood who came out to help, from the kids to the adults.
I was scared to get into the helicopter but those people made me feel safe to. By the way, I thought the ride was awesome. I would like to give a special thanks to my brother, Cody Haney for always being there to help me through it all. He may get annoying sometimes but I love him so much.
I would also like to give a special thanks to my mom, Kimberly Haney, for being at my side through broken bones and injuries, I love her. But most of all the people I would like to thank are the paramedics for helping me with the pain, and the firemen who used the jaws of life to cut my bike off my leg. Thanks again.
