Need remote for life

2 min read

Having a satellite TV that takes $90 a month for entertainment, I have to watch and listen to horse manure about something or someone telling me to kiss up or accept something I have no desire for. It’s bad enough to go out into our (at times) frigid and untrusting society and deal with undesirables. The blessing of TV is that wonderful remote. It has a channel change/mute button to remove unwanted topics. Wouldn’t it be glorious if public life had a channel change button for instant removal of undesirables? I’m considering earplugs for the mute button. If the government would start building more prisons that would hire unemployed to help curb unemployment instead of spending on pork barrel nonsense overseas and bailing our greedy bigwigs, who would sell their mother for a profit, we could throw more lawbreaking undesirables in prison. (White collar as well).

As it is, overcrowding is a problem. More prisons would adequately eliminate this and change public life for the better. More prisons is the channel change answer.

Let the tax money tend to them. It’s worth it for a better society. While I’m pointing my remote, let me point out another non-contributing people (welfare). There are recipients who have no alternative. I’ll gladly support them. Hypothetically, the government can get lazy free-loaders an island in the South Pacific and let them start their own country and out of our tax responsibility in conjunction with pork barrel spending, overseas and greedy bigwigs this would provide for more prisons. They can call their island “LazyLand.”
