Morality matters
As American voters approach Election Day, many issues must be seriously considered and not the least, morality.
Proposing “marriage” between two of the same gender as normal and acceptable is against nature and against the clear teaching in the New Testament.
Our younger generation deserves what is recognized both in nature and in the Bible. Government distribution of contraceptives and abortion-inducing drugs, even through health care, is negative and even injurious, especially to the younger crowd.
And altering the words of the Constitution from freedom of religion to freedom of worship, without a national vote of citizens is not what we stand for or want. Furthermore, proposed arrests and fines for those who base their lives and actions on religious principles is outrageous and defies basic morality.
American voters need to seriously study the candidates, their “hidden” positions and pray earnestly for wisdom and guidance from above in preparation for Nov. 6. After all, we are “one nation under God” and have a noble motto to live, “In God we Trust.”
