I am so sick and tired of some people writing articles complaining about the people they themselves voted into office, especially some that have a title before or after their name as if this is supposed to impress everyone.

We’re all supposed to follow this as if they were on a throne because they have a title. This means nothing to me at all. The problem is too many voters vote because of the names they get used to and don’t consider the candidate’s record.

It’s been going on in this region for many years, and it doesn’t look like it will end soon.

This county needs a new prison very badly, and I hope the Fayette County commissioners show some leadership and don’t bow to some loud mouths with titles who write in and think they should run the county even if they are not politicians.

The whole process of this government is to vote for someone to lead, and if they don’t perform to your expectations then vote them out the next time.

That is the way things are done. Trash your petitions.
