Political ads are unsettling
I couldn’t resist answering Mr. Giannmore’s July 31 letter-to-the-editor.
I have two questions. First, the “not voting” ad. The speaker is a retired Navy Seal who got out of Benghazi alive after Hillary’s fiasco. Second, Libya was all Obama and Clinton (Hillary). Bush has nothing to do with it. But you’re right, not funny.
Now, an ad that makes me upset is that everyday for over a week now, the Clinton campaign is running a commercial about questionable things Donald Trump said once on TV; mostly cable news shows, that every 6 to 10-year-old kid would never, ever watch. But the smartest woman in the world makes sure they see them now – running them 10 to 12 times a day, all day long, on every channel except the premium ones like HBO.
Thanks to her, young minds get to see them over and over. That’s a real smart lady! Do you put children first? It’s poor taste for repeating it over and over and over.
