Is Trump a moron?
Yes.
Wisdom can be found in many unusual places: like on a small stripe of paper in a fortune cookie — “A different world cannot be built by indifferent people,” And one cannot be more indifferent than Trump.
The following are some of the troubling deeds and words of this disturbed president:
n Trump pulls this country out of the Trans Pacific Partnership, the largest trade agreement in history among the pacific rim nations. Once there were 12 nations, now minus one.
n Trump denies climate change science and withdraws the United States from the Paris Agreement.
n Trump fails to condemn the actions of white supremacists, neo-Nazis and the KKK during and after the Charlottesville’s violent demonstrations.
n At a political gathering in Alabama, Trump diverts attention from serious issues facing our country, by making racist remarks about professional football players, and their nonviolent actions that are meant to draw attention to the injustices perpetuated on people of color.
n Trump pardons corrupt sheriff, Joe Arpaio, of Arizona. This man is a maniacal, dangerous racist.
n Earlier in the year, Trump signs a bill that permits the mentally ill to acquire guns, and then, after the Las Vegas’ shooting tragedy, he comments that the shooter was mentally disturbed.
n He will not admit Russian interference in the 2016 election and condemns it. Then turns around and attacks his intelligence agencies for proposing such interference.
n And then there is the catastrophe in Puerto Rico. He issues no preparatory relief as the hurricane bears down on the island. He is at a golf club during the weekend of horrific suffering by the people of Puerto Rico. He attacks San Juan’s mayor, Carmen Yulin Cruz, for cries for help for her people, and has the gall to turn away from her at a photo op when she comments. “It’s all about saving lives and not for political purposes.” He tosses rolls of paper towels to a chosen group of people and he calls Puerto Ricans “ingrates” for the humanitarian aid sent to them and whines about the money that will be needed to restore some normalcy to the island.
By Trump’s own words and actions, he demonstrates that he has no love for our country and its people. He loves only himself. Trump has not and will not make our country great. (It is already great!)
Trump is an unpredictable, moronic and dangerous person. He continues to undermine all that is good for our democracy.
Give him a chance to change? He does not know how to go about changing his self-centered, narcissistic, misogynistic personality.
Truly, this white house staff and its headmaster, Trump, can be summed up in this manner: “The inmates are now running the asylum!”
“IS TRUMP A MORON?” Absolutely, YES!
