‘This Week’s Question’ results just don’t add up
I figure I’m what the Main Stream Media and the rest of Leftist-Progressive Socialist Democrats call: “Trump’s Base.” Contrary to what they would have you believe, we’re not all toothless: ridge-runners, hillbillies, racists, bigoted, old, white, uneducated and religious fanatics.
As a matter of fact, I just got back from an appointment with my dentist.
“Ya gotta have teeth to need a dentist!”
However, I’m not a big fan of “FOX and Friends in the Morning.” I understand the President watches it religiously. I occasionally do. You see, I don’t care about the cookbook Steve Doucy’s trying to sell. I thought Lynyrd Skynyrd’s performance on their morning concert series sounded sloppy and … Get the idea?
I watch “Morning Joe” on MSNBC. I don’t need re-affirmation of the things I already know. I’m interested in the things that you don’t. One of the best ways I’ve found to determine that is to watch Mika Brezinski, Joe Scarborough and the rest of their crew pontificate.
Don’t get me started about “The Wall.” I’ll ruin your opinion of how smart you think you are.
According to what the results of a “This Week’s Question” was in the newspaper, the majority of those votes were that MSNBC is a legitimate source of news, but FOX isn’t? Nonethe- less, FOX News keeps “cleaning the clocks” of MSNBC and even CNN in the Nielsen ratings.
Now why do you suppose that is?
Recently, the newspaper ran a very informative series about our local representation in Pennsylvania’s House of Representatives and Senate. If you paid attention, you noticed that the Senator for our 32nd senatorial district (Pat Stefano) is a Republican. The Representative for the 51″ legislative district ((Matt Dowling) is a Republican. My Representative for the 52nd legislative district (Ryan Warner) is also a Republican.
Each of these people were RE-ELECTED to their offices by local voters. Later, in a more recent This Week’s Question: “How confident are you that local legislators are doing the best job they can,” 69 votes were very confident. 824 votes were not at all confident. 118 comatose votes were the opinion that they don’t have an opinion. “Why’d they even vote?”
Again, why do you suppose that is?
Fayette County’s Democrat Party produced a new radio commercial where some guy explains why he registered as a Democrat. According to that radio “spot,” he said he registered Democrat because his coal mining “Grand-Pap” registered as a Democrat.
Did they decided to dig up ‘Grand-Pap’ to make a political party palpable, when the contemporary rhetoric of today’s Socialist-Democrat party isn’t?
I thought it was “deplorably racist/sexist;” but they can’t see it, when I heard New York Senator (maybe “long-shot” Democrat Presidential candidate) Kirsten Gillibrand said that white guys shouldn’t even be considered to be the Democrat Presidential candidate in 2020. Obviously she was trying to undercut the efforts of frontrunners: Joe Biden, Bernie Sanders and
“Beto” O’Roarke from tossing their hats in the ring. Beyond that, consider what she said our legitimate news sources like: CNN, MSNBC and even the Herald-Standard, didn’t really report.
In essence, didn’t she say there’s no room in the “new” Socialist-Democrat Party for white guys? In that “new” Democrat radio commercial, if that presenter’s “coal mining GrandPap” would have joined a political party that disenfranchises him: Grand-Pap was an idiot!
Something just doesn’t add up and I’ve figured out what that “something” is. The reporting of the leftist-progressive media is less a reflection of here and us, but more a reflection of here and a frustrated them. Isn’t that called: biased, one-sided, or stone cold propaganda?
It makes you wonder, who are these people, or how many times did some disgruntled person vote, in an unofficial poll like: “This Week’s Question?” The math doesn’t make sense!
Even a “weakly” local columnist is frustrated because of how things are, as opposed to how he’d like them to be. He repeats “one trick” every week to sell you something you just ain’t buying as demonstrated by the official local election results. I oppose that politically correct guff; maybe every couple months, beat it and my stuff’s funnier, too, “if you catch my drift.”
It ain’t about the quantity of an argument, it’s about the quality!
Sure, the clergy might chime in, but aren’t they trying to increase their flocks? For the most part, the Christian church is conservative. Not to be outdone, Leftist-Progressives have a church too: The charlatan “Church of Reformed Sociology and Psychology.” They’re the religion of atheists and agnostics. Their politically correctness is homage to, the New World (dis)Order’s god, identified as “diversity?” Deviation from their political correctness they label “disorders?”
The “bishops” of this secular church (psychiatrists) even have a “Narcotics Number,” so they can write out prescriptions to adjust a failure to convert. Their acolyte priests (psychologists) don’t and can’t. They’re confined to “the talkin’ part” of behavior modification.
This is why mathematics is an empirical science, as opposed to a theory. In any science, things have to add up. When they don’t, in a lot of instances they’re the results of “This Week’s Question.”
