The Scholarship Committee of Town and Country Garden Club of Rices Landing awarded Joseph Kurincak a $1,000 scholarship. Kurincak ranks fourth in the Carmichaels Area High School Class of 2019 and held a 3.982 GPA. He plans to attend Penn State University in State College and major in environmental systems engineering.
