Harold Duane and Bernadette Leichliter of Uniontown celebrated their 50th wedding anniversary on Oct. 19. They were married Oct. 18, 1952 at First Presbyterian Church in Cumberland, Md., by the Rev. Seth C. Morrow.

They have four children, Barry Leichliter and wife, Susan, of Aberdeen, Md.; Deborah Sefcheck and her husband Vince of Gettysburg, and Linda Rudie and her husband Ted of Glen Burnie and Frances Horton and her husband Mike of Lewiston, Me.

There are nine grandchildren, Amy, Michelle, Heather and Andi Sefcheck and Christina, Kimberly and Laura Leichliter and Joshua and Eric Horton, and one great-grandchild, Erick.

They were honored at a dinner at Franklin Grange.
