Thaddeus and Genevieve Zarycki of Fairborn, Ohio, were united in marriage on October 25, 1952 at St. Joseph’s Church in Uniontown. To commemorate the couple’s 50th wedding anniversary, a Mass and ceremony were held at St. Paul’s Cathedral in Pittsburgh.

A celebration luncheon hosted by their children followed at Duranti’s restaurant.

In attendance were Ted and Genny’s three children, Carol from New York, Lois and husband, Todd Gagle, from Moon Township, and Alan Zarycki and his wife, Suzanne, from Ohio, along with their five wonderful grandchildren, Christian, Andrew, Jacylin, Camille and David. Other family members in attendance were Frank Zarycki, Jean Sadlik and John Sadlik.

Mr. Zarycki is the son of the late Joseph and Mary Zarycki, and Mrs. Zarycki is the daughter of the late Victor and Nellie Jirva, all from Uniontown.
