Baileys celebrate 60th wedding anniversary on May 24

Warren and Adaline Bailey of Fairchance will celebrate their 60th wedding anniversary on Friday. They were married May 24, 1942 at the Calvary Methodist Church, Uniontown.

Mrs. Bailey will also celebrate her birthday on Friday.

She is the daughter of the late Mr. and Mrs. Harry F. Baker of York Run.

Mr. Bailey retired in 1982 from PennDOT.

They are the parents of three sons, Warren Jr. of Cockeysville, Md., Harry James of Palmyra, N.J. and Alan of Smithfield R.D.

They also have six grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren.
