Mr. and Mrs. Richard Hlatky of Smithfield celebrated their 25th wedding anniversary on Oct. 15. They were married Oct. 15, 1977 at St. Thomas Church, Footedale, by the Rev. Sebastian.

They are the parents of two daughters, Niki and Carissa.

They also have a granddaughter, Payton Shay.

Mrs. Hlatky is the former Carrie Patricia Kutek, daughter of Pete and Rita Kutek of New Salem.

Mr. Hlatky is the son of the late Steve and Mildred Hlatky of Shoaf.

A celebration with family and friends marked the occasion.
