Ortmanns observe 50th anniversary
Charles and Julia Ortmann of Uniontown recently celebrated their 50th wedding anniversary. Friends and family gathered together for an afternoon luncheon held at Peter’s Torchlight in Uniontown.
They were married on February 14, 1953 at St. Martin’s Church in Pittsburgh.
Mrs. Ortmann is the former Julia Rich and is the owner of Julia’s Shoppe in Uniontown.
Mr. Ortmann was formerly employed by Foseco Corp. and retired from Intermediate Unit I.
They are the parents of Donna Dorman, Larry Ortmann, Barbara Fattore, Mark Ortmann, David Ortmann, Christine Fullem and Richard Ortmann.
The couple has 13 grandchildren and three great grandchildren.
