Mr., Mrs. Jeffries mark 35th wedding anniversary
Kenneth and Benita Jeffries of Oliver are celebrating their 35th wedding anniversary today. They were married June 1, 1968, at the Third Presbyterian Church by the Rev. R. Howard McCuen Jr.
They are the parents of three sons, Kenneth Jr. and Paul David of Oliver, and Keith and his wife, Elizabeth, of Uniontown.
They also have a grandchild, Nina Elizabeth Jeffries.
Mrs. Jeffries is the former Benita Hixson, daughter of the late Jesse and Catherine Hixson of Oliver. She is retired from Uniontown Area School District.
Mr. Jeffries is the son of the late Paul and Margaret Jeffries of Uniontown. He is employed with the Uniontown Area School District.
