Mr., Mrs. Spellman celebrate 50 years of marriage
Gerald and Lois Spellman of Uniontown celebrated their 50th wedding anniversary recently. They were married in the Pleasant View Presbyterian Church in Smock on Dec. 12, 1954.
They have three children, Jean and her husband David (Dave) Whitlatch, Robert (Bob) Spellman and his wife Lee Ann, all of Hopwood, and Gerald (Skip) Spellman and his wife Holly of Pittsburgh.
They have seven grandchildren, Andy and Melissa Sampey of Hopwood, Lauren, R.J., and Jarred Spellman also of Hopwood, Devan and Broinie of Pittsburgh.
They were honored with a family dinner, which was held at the St. Paul’s Evangelical Luthern Church of Uniontown given by their family.
