Mr. and Mrs. Kuritz observe 40 years of marriage
Daniel and Joan Kuritz Sr., of Uniontown celebrated their 40th wedding anniversary on July 17. They were married on July 17, 1965, at St. John Byzantine Catholic Church in Uniontown.
They are the parents of five children, four daughters and a son. They are Denise Celaschi, and husband Matthew of Brownsville, Daniel Kuritz Jr., and wife Jamie of Uniontown, Rita Palaisa and husband Donald of Uniontown, Susan Rushe and husband Jeff of Cranberry Township, and Kara Kuritz of Fairfax, Va.
They have one grandson, Michael Rushe.
Dan is the son of the late John and Sue Kuritz of Keisterville, and Joan is the daughter of the late Pete and Susan Martelli of Uniontown.
Their children hosted a surprise dinner at the Stone House Restaurant in Farmington.
