Mr. and Mrs. John E. Clymer of Derrick Avenue, Uniontown, will observe their 60th wedding anniversary Monday. They were married in Saint Paul’s Methodist Church, Oakland, Md., on March 21, 1945, by the Rev. Minor Sprague.

Mr. and Mrs. Clymer are the parents of two sons and two daughters, David of Waldorf, Md.; Donna of Friendsville, Md.; Diane of Farmington; and Dale of Uniontown.

They have three grandchildren, Joshua, Jamie and Adam, and three great-grandchildren, Jackson, Katherine and Ayden.

Mrs. Clymer is the former Ruth Eleanor Yowler of Uniontown.

The couple renewed their vows March 19 in the church where they were originally married in Oakland, Md.

Following the ceremony, Mr. and Mrs. Clymer and family attended a private dinner in their honor at Nemacolin Woodlands.
