Mr. and Mrs. Kmetz are honored on 60th anniversary
Fred and Anna Kmetz of Akron, Ohio, celebrated their 60th wedding anniversary on Sept. 22 with a Mass and Blessing at St. John the Baptist Roman Catholic Church in Akron. Following a week of visiting with family and friends, a dinner was held at the 356 Fighters Group Restaurant in Canton, Ohio.
They were united in marriage on Sept. 22 1945, at Ss. Cyril and Methodius Roman Catholic Church in Fairchance by the Rev. Thomas Harnyak.
Mrs. Kmetz is the former Anna Pulig of Collier.
