Mr., Mrs. David celebrate 50th anniversary
Allen Sr. and Beverly David of Uniontown recently celebrated their 50th anniversary. They were married on April 14, 1956, at St. John’s Roman Catholic Church, Uniontown, by the Rev. Stephen McCarren.
Mr. David is the son of the late Pete and Jennie David.
Mrs. Davis is the daughter of the late Archie and Myrtle Barnhart.
They are the parents of Allan Jr., Jennie (Sis) Miller and husband John, Jim and wife Mary, Rhonda Hellein and husband Dale, all of Uniontown.
They have 10 grandchildren: Amy Davis, Jenelle Miller, Erin Hellein, Jim David Jr., John Miller Jr., Allan David III, Joe David, Jacob David, Krista Hellein, and Dale Hellein III. They have three great-granddaughters, Sid, Alexis and Nevaeh.
A surprise celebration was held on April 22 at Sam’s Restaurant.
