Roskovenskys mark 60th anniversary
Vincent and Gertrude (Kozel) Roskovensky of Fairchance celebrated their 60th wedding anniversary on Saturday. The couple was married on Aug. 5, 1946, at St. Michael’s Cathedral in Toronto, Canada, by the Rev. Thomas McCann.
A honeymoon followed to Niagara Falls, Canada.
The couple have five children: Carol and her husband, Dr. Tolga Yalcinkaya of Warner Springs, Calif.; Attorney Vincent Roskovensky II and his wife Christine (Bruni) of Uniontown; Gerald and his wife, Nancy (Carr) of West Milton; Lt. Col. Denise McCormick and her husband, Gary of Olympia, Wash.; and Jean Thompson and her husband, James (Butch) of Fairchance.
They have 10 grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.
