Mr. and Mrs. Labuda mark 50th anniversary
Joseph and Mary Ann Labuda of Smock recently celebrated their 50th wedding anniversary. A Mass in their honor was celebrated by the Rev. John Sedlak of St. Hedwig Roman Catholic Church in Smock.
They were married on June 29, 1957, at St. Casimir Roman Catholic Church in Keisterville.
Mrs. Labuda is the former Mary Ann Paydo.
They are the parents of four sons, Dr. Joseph and Tamora of Uniontown, Mark (deceased), David and Iris of Hampton, Va., Timothy and Wilma of Cypress, Calif., and daughter-in-law Caroline Labuda of Perryopolis.
They have 6 grandchildren, Andrew, Christopher, Elizabeth, Ashley, Adam and Theresa.
A dinner hosted by their sons and families was at Nemacolin Woodlands Resort.
