Mr., Mrs. Richey observe 50th anniversary

Edward Richey Jr. and Betty Lou Bowden Richey, formerly of Lemont Furnace, celebrated their 50th wedding anniversary on Saturday. They were married on March 10, 1957.

They will renew their wedding vows in Lovinia, Mich., where they reside.

Mrs. Bowden is the daughter of the late Wilson and Nellie Bowden. Mr. Richey is the son of the late Edward and Thelma Richey.

They are the parents of Linda, Edward L. III, William and Mark.
