Mr. and Mrs. DeBerry mark 50th
Gerald and Elaine H. DeBerry of Lemont Furnace celebrated their 50th wedding anniversary Saturday. They were married June 7, 1958, in Cumberland, Md.
They are the parents of six children, Lee Ann Collins and her husband Mark of Lemont Furnace; Douglas DeBerry of Lemont Furnace; Laurie Wadsworth and her husband Willie of Lemont Furnace; Leslie Martin and her husband Dave of Hopwood; Scott DeBerry and his wife Missy of Uniontown, and Kevin W. DeBerry who passed away in December 1958.
They also have 12 grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
Mrs. DeBerry is the former Elaine H. Rockwell, daughter of Charles Rockwell of Uniontown and the late Olive May Rockwell. Mrs. DeBerry is a homemaker. Mr. DeBerry is retired from Foseco of Mount Braddock after 42 years of service. He is the son of Dolly DeBerry and the late Calvin S. DeBerry of Mount Braddock.
A celebration dinner in their honor is planned for family members today.
