Mr., Mrs. Kurnava mark 60th anniversary
Mary and Steve Kurnava of Chestnut Ridge celebrated their 60th wedding anniversary May 1. They were married on May 1, 1948, at St. Hedwig’s Roman Catholic Church, Smock, by the Rev. Bednarik.
They are the parents of three children, Stephen Terry Kurnava of Uniontown; Judith Ruda of Los Angeles, Calif., and Marla Romesburg of Chestnut Ridge.
They have two grandchildren, Heather George and Geddy Romesburg. There are two great grandchildren, Levi George and Charley Ann George.
Mr. Kurnava is retired from Bethlehem Mines, Ellsworth.
