Skowroneks mark 60th anniversary
Eugene and Betty Skowronek celebrated their 60th wedding anniversary Thursday. To mark the occasion, a Mass of celebration was held Saturday at St. Joseph Church.
They were married Sept. 2, 1950, at St. Joseph Roman Catholic Church, Uniontown.
They have two children, a son, Gene and his wife Cynthia, and a daughter, Jane and her husband Nelson Boskovitch.
They also have five grandchildren and their spouses, Felicia and husband Craig Kettler of Leesburg, Va., Bradford Boskovitch and fiance April Cottom, Brian Boskovitch and wife Debbie, both of Uniontown, Jonathan Boskovitch of Gahanna, Ohio, and Jeremy Boskovitch of Uniontown.
They also have four great-grandchildren, Kathryn, Benjamin and Jay Otto Kettler and Lauren Cottom.
