United in marriage were Cathy L. Smalley of Adah and Daniel J. Franks of East Millsboro.

The Rev. David Chin officiated the March 23 ceremony at the West Bend Church.

The bride is the daughter of Violet Smalley of Adah and the late Otho Smalley. The bridegroom is the son of W.D. Franks of Ligonier and Cheryl and Bob McCauslin.

The bride was given in marriage by her uncle, Robert Warnick. She wore a long white satin gown with a flowing train. Her headpiece was a lace chapel-length veil.

Stella Reidman was maid of honor. Bridesmaids were Tiffany Teets and Lisa Kinsey. Karee Teets was the flower girl.

Best man was Jeff Walters. Groomsmen were Thomas Smalley and W.D. Franks.

A reception followed at the West Bend Church community hall.

The bride is a graduate of German Township High School. She is employed at Route 40 Diner.

The bridegroom is a graduate of Brownsville High School and is employed with O.C. Cluss Lumber Co.

Following a honeymoon to the Poconos, the couple is residing in Smock.
