AMERICAN LEGION POST 51 will have their home association – board of directors meeting at 6 p.m. instead of 7 p.m. on Tuesday. The organization wishes a happy new year to all of its members.
CHRISTIAN MEN’S FELLOWSHIP BREAKFAST will not be held this upcoming Wednesday. Breakfast will commence again on Jan. 4. The group wishes all their friends and families a blessed and joyous Christmas Season and may the new year bring gifts of peace, joy and long life to all.
WEST NEWTON WOMEN’S CLUB is planning a bus trip to do a Sewickley house tour on May 4. The price of the outing includes bus transportation, tip, lunch and tour ticket. The bus will depart at 7:30 a.m. from the parking lot behind Giant Eagle, Robertson Street, West Newton. Reservations are made by paying for the trip in full. Checks should be made out to WN Woman’s Club and can be sent to Glenda Cecchett, 124 Roblan Drive, West Newton, Pa 15089. Cancellations will be accepted only if the spot is filled.
