Cull-Herman
The Cherry Tree Alliance Church, Uniontown, was the setting for the marriage of Christy Joy Herman of Uniontown and Aaron John Cull of Fayetteville, N.C.
The Rev. Jack Herman officiated the June 12 marriage ceremony. A reception followed at the church.
The bride is the daughter of Jack and Joy Herman of Township Drive, Uniontown. The bridegroom is the son of Jerry and Johnnie Cull of Bether Springs, Tenn.
Given in marriage by her father, the bride wore an ivory beaded lace, champagne silk trumpet gown with empire waist, cap sleeves and a chapel train.
Jessica Schaeffer, aunt of the bride, was maid of honor. Bridesmaids were Naomi Hennig, cousin of the bride; Bethany Herman, sister-in-law of the bride; Heidi Medlong and Katie Plunkett, cousins of the bride; and Jennifer Younkin. Elizabeth Calvis, cousin of the bride, was flower girl.
Best man was Isaac Younkin. Groomsmen were Bob Johnson, Eric Shields, Jory Randall, Hector Fonseca and Abbas Ahmeed. Charlie Lancaster, cousin of the bride, was ring bearer.
The bride earned a bachelor of arts degree in education in 2003 from Cedarville University, and a master of arts degree in clinical counseling in 2010 from Columbia International University. She is employed with Cumberland County Schools in North Carolina.
The bridegroom is a 2002 graduate of University of Tennessee at Martin. He is serving with the U.S. Air Force, Joint Terminal Attack Controller.
The couple honeymooned at the Outer Banks in North Carolina. They are living in Raeford, N.C.
