Wasko-Hughes Engagement
Carla Wasko and Christopher Hughes, both of New Salem, are announcing they are engaged to be married.
The bride-elect is the daughter of John and Cindy Wasko of Rices Landing.
She is a 1996 graduate of Laurel Highlands Senior High School and is employed as a caseworker for the Uniontown Salvation Army.
Her fiance is the son of Rodger and Tammie Hughes of York Run, Pa.
He is a 1998 graduate of Albert Gallatin Area High School and is currently self-employed.
They plan to wed Sept. 29, 2012.
