FAIRCHANCE GEORGES CLASS OF 1967 reunion will hold a flea market from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m. Saturday at the home of Margaret Kaputa, 38 Lions Ave., Fairchance to benefit the reunion.
PARISHIONERS OF ST. JOHN THE BAPTIST BYZANTINE CHURCH will resume making pirohi (potato and cheese or sauerkraut) Sept. 16 through May 2012. Orders can be placed every Monday, beginning Sept. 12, after 9 a.m. until Thursday morning for Friday pick-up in the church social hall at 201 E. Main St., Uniontown. Cost is $7 a dozen and includes the container. To place orders, call 724-434-5355. Lunch also will be served from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. Friday.
